found in RCI-1, Rules for Commissioned Inspectors, and QAI-1, Requirements for
Authorized Inspections, concerning the Inspector Diary. Topics include the need to maintain the Inspector Diary, its purpose,
ownership, and availability, as well as the requirements regarding format and
entries
