Quality Assurance Records Monitoring and Auditing Activities, is an online course designed to provide knowledge to the A uthorized Nuclear Inspector (ANI) and supervisor (ANIS) in the area of quality assurance records. Included are real-world examples which may be used by the ANI or ANIS when performing monitoring or auditing duties as they relate to the Certificate Holder's QA Records Section of their QA Program .

Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, students will be able to:  

  • Apply the ASME Section III, NCA-4134.17 requirements to various N-type certificate holder Quality Assurance (QA) Programs.
  • State the topics of ASME NQA-1, Requirement 17 in accordance with ASME Section III, NCA-41.34.17.
  • Identify the retention requirements for various Quality Assurance (QA) Records.
  • Differentiate between lifetime and nonpermanent records.
  • Identify specific monitoring and auditing activities required for QA Records maintenance.

Criteria for Successful Completion
As a minimum, for a National Board Certificate of Completion to be issued, students must:
