Completing ASME Section
I Data Reports, is an online course designed
to provide Manufacturers, Certified Individuals, and Authorized Inspectors with background knowledge of
the various types of boilers, parts, piping, and pressure
relief devices (PRDs) and how to translate manufacturering and
assembly information on to the appropriate Data Report Form(s).
Students are provided a line by line look at the required data while also
reviewing inaccuracies and real-life scenarios which will aid in the completion
of Data Report Form(s). Additionally, this course highlights signature
requirements for certification of manufacturing, assembly, and inspection
tasks.
Learning
Outcomes
After completing this course, students will be able to:
Match the correct Section I Data Report From to be used with
a boiler, boiler part,
and/or pressure relief devices (PRD).
Describe the information required to be entered into
the lines of the various Data Report Forms.
Recall the sequence of signing the Data
Report and the responsible individual that signs each
report for assembly and/or inspection.
List
the Data Reports Forms(s) applicable to various real-life scenarios.
Identify
errors on Data Report Forms and list the resolution for errors.
