Computer Requirements for Online Training
To properly load, navigate, and record your progress when taking our online training courses, you will need the following installed on your computer:
- Windows platform (Apple products are not compatible/supported)
- Javascript and cookies must be enabled in your browser settings
- Pop-Up Blockers must be turned OFF
- Microsoft® Windows® XP or higher
- Macromedia Flash 9.0 or higher (1MB disk space needed to install)
- An SVGA monitor with minimum screen resolution 1024x768, with 16-bit color
- A sound card, and either speakers or headphones (for multi-media audio)
- Broadband internet access is recommended
- Third-party toolbars may need to be temporarily disabled if experiencing issues launching or tracking online courses
Recommended Browsers
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox 10 or higher
- Google Chrome 24 or higher
Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, may work with some courses but have not been tested on our LMS.
